Tiles can be painted to order in one of three techniques.
- painted with ceramic enamels to create an image or design that is kiln fired but sits inside the top layer of the glaze.
-painted with lustres and metals, this technique is not food safe but is very decorative and creates an irridescent sheen to the surface of the piece.
-tubelined with a raised outline and then infilled with coloured glazes to create a decorative pattern on the surface of the tile or ceramic form.
